These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the official Aristocrats Luxury website (the “Website”), as well as the offer, purchase, and sale of footwear and leather goods branded Aristocrats Luxury (“Products”), together with all related services, content, and functionalities made available through the Website.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing from the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other notices published on the Website. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website or purchasing Products.

2. Business Philosophy and Brand Standards

Aristocrats Luxury is committed to offering authentic, high-quality footwear and leather goods produced in line with Italian artisanal traditions and luxury standards. All Products offered are new, original, and manufactured to meet industry benchmarks for craftsmanship, materials, and durability.

Descriptions, specifications, and images of Products are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur as a result of handcrafted production processes or differences in device display settings.

3. Orders, Contracts, and Sales

Orders placed through the Website constitute a purchase proposal by the customer. Products added to the shopping bag are not reserved until checkout is completed and payment authorization is obtained.

Following submission of an order, the customer will receive an automated acknowledgment confirming receipt. A binding sales contract is concluded only when Aristocrats Luxury confirms dispatch of the Products by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including but not limited to cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, failed security checks, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms. Where payment has been received, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable policies.

4. Prices, Payments, and Security

Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the selected currency and may exclude taxes, customs duties, or import charges unless stated otherwise. Prices may be updated at any time but will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment authorization may occur at the time of order placement, with final settlement taking place upon dispatch of the Products. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and within timelines determined by financial institutions.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer

Delivery is available only to destinations indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

Risk and ownership of Products pass to the customer upon successful delivery. Customers are responsible for inspecting parcels at delivery and reporting any visible damage to the courier immediately.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, or events beyond reasonable control.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, customers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of Products, subject to compliance with the Returns Policy.

Returned Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Refunds will be issued following inspection and approval of returned items.
