At Aristocrats Shoes, customer satisfaction is central to everything we do. Our Customer Service team is dedicated to providing clear, courteous, and reliable support at every stage of your shopping experience, from product inquiries and sizing guidance to order placement, delivery updates, exchanges, and after-sales care.
We understand that purchasing footwear is a personal decision, and our team is available to offer thoughtful assistance to help you make confident choices. Whether you require support before or after your purchase, we are committed to responding promptly and resolving inquiries efficiently.
Customer Service hours are Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. You may contact us via email at info@aristocratsshoes.com, and we aim to respond to all messages within one business day. During peak periods, response times may vary slightly, but every inquiry is handled with care and attention.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are typically processed within two to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, including promotions or special releases, processing times may extend to three to four business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows: Lagos: two to three business days, outside Lagos: three to five business days, and international orders: eight to twelve business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on delivery location and order size. All orders are dispatched from Lagos State, Nigeria.
Items marked as Pre-Order will be processed on the date specified in the product description, and delivery timelines may vary accordingly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. If you do not receive a dispatch notification within the stated processing period, please contact Customer Service with your order number.
If an order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional two to three business days, as courier delays may occasionally occur. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines fall under the responsibility of the courier service.
Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within ten (10) days of delivery. Returned items must be in new, unworn, and resalable condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or marked Final Sale, as well as customized products, are not eligible for exchange or return.
All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control team upon receipt. Approved exchanges or refunds are processed within three to five business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange for a different style, the original item must be returned for a refund and a new order placed separately. For eligible domestic exchanges, Aristocrats Shoes will cover the cost of one outbound exchange shipment.
International customers may request returns or exchanges; however, additional shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes may apply and remain the customer’s responsibility.
